Setting up a Workbook

Intro

When you open Excel, by default you will have 3 spread sheets. Within these worksheets you can add, delete, move, copy etc. to any other workbook. A new feature in Excel will let you use multiple workbooks and view them in the same window. Another great feature is where you can put frequently used commands to your Quick Access Toolbar.

Creating Workbooks

Make sure you save your files, as frequently as possible, or save right after you did any work that took you for ever to do.
In excel you can also specify what kind of format you want. Make sure that you used key words in order to find it quicker.
In Excel, now you can set your own workbooks properties, Title, Author, Subject,, Keywords, Category, and Status. To make any change's to your document, you simply click on it, and change it.

Modifying Workbooks

To specify any workbooks names simply click on the bottom tab and change it. To add any worksheet You can also change the order of the worksheets by clicking and dragging. or if you want one worksheet to out stand from the others you can right click it and change the color or make it 3D so it will out stand.
You can also temporarily delete or hide a worksheet fro a certain amount of time.
