If you want to see these words, you simply go your Review tab, and under the Proofing group, go to the Spelling Checker. A list of suggested words will be under the word and you simply click on the one that you want. Now, let say that the word is not misspelled is correct you can simply add it to the dictionary and Excel will no longer recognized as a misspelled word. You can also use the thesaurus's to find other suggestions in how to write the word.
Defining a Table
To create a table make sure you type in the data in two columns that are next to each other and select the column headers. In the home tab in the styles group click the Format as Table button and type in the two columns you want to turn into a table. When adding data in the table select the cell in the row and type. The autocorrect options smart tag shows up. When done with a table one can add a total row. When added the table automatically adds the sum of the values in the far right column of the table. One can also change the table name and to do this click any cell in the table and go to the design tab and in the Properties group in the Table Name field type in the title.
